Description Foamie Trucker Hat ATH – 300 HIGH PROFILE ATH – 301 LOW PROFILE The foamie trucker hat has similar features to our midrange model with one crucial difference: the front panel and brim are made of high density polyester fabric over soft-touch foam sponge. This material is ideal for full-color, high-detail graphic printing/sublimation – such as photographs or intricate logos. You can even combine it with a 3D embroidered logo over the sublimated print. ! It’s a whole new set of possibilities. The premium fabric/foam with the premium backing buckram on the crown really is the stand-out difference from others available in the marketplace. The Aussie Foamie crown will not collapse like every other foam trucker hat that’s out there as we only use premium quality buckram. (Buckram is the flexible piece of backing to support the upright of the Aussie Trucker Hat) With over 1200 foamie fabric colours available allows you to exact customise your colourisation to suit your custom design trucker hat. You can see in the crown decoration to the left it is layered, the first layer is a sublimated photo image, the second 3D plastiweld text is layered over the top of the crown. With the Foamie Trucker Hat there is an option to use the rope/sash across the crown/brim area also. Just turn-on the button in the configurator to apply. The Foamie Trucker Hat has an option where you can apply the double side bands. As the Aussie Foamie Trucker Hats are truly custom made, if you can imagine how 50pcs run down a production line and costs applied for every change, the cost for those changes are far more than if 100pcs were running down the production line. Where can we send our company logo? You can upload your company logo directly into our 3D configurator. As an advanced design tool, it accepts most common image file types – JPG, EPS, PNG and AI. If you have any queries about this, please contact us to talk to a hat designer. Or You can simply email us (BELOW) with your logos/artwork in AI, EPS, PNG or JPG file format along with the preferred profile (high or low) the type of trucker hat and the colour preference of the items. State your quantities required for each item. What resolution does my logo artwork need to be? This depends on the detail of your design. If the image clearly displays every intricate detail of your design, it should be okay. Still, the image should be 300 DPI. Please reach out to our designers if you have any queries about this. Can I retail the foam trucker hats I buy from you wholesale? Definitely. With the right design and branding, our Aussie foamies let you tap into virtually any demographic. As you are buying online bulk wholesale prices, and sell to your customers at a retail mark-up. For example, our Aussie Foamie Trucker Hat wholesales for around $21 and retails for $39-$42. So you can get good margins. Can I see a sample? Sure, give us a day or so and we will return an email with a copy of your artwork design showing from all angles, how it will look and a full set of costs and timeline from commencement of production, sampling to completion of production. As we normally use express courier, the normal time frame for shipping is 5 -10 days depending on your postcode. Can I see a physical sample? We do not send out a physical sample of your design. However, after full payment we will go to production and then make a sample of your item(s) (around 12 days to make) and we will email you photo images from every angle of your item for approval, once we have your approval we then will go to bulk production for you.
