We have over 1200 fabric colours with many fabric types such as Premium Cottons, Premium acrylics and premium camo’s that calculates to over 25,000 different colour combinations to choose from The fabric colours can viewed in the 3d Design Tools or if you email us and we will happily email you full fabric swatches to help you choose the colours for your wonderful designs. What different kinds of trucker hats can we provide? The minimum bulk order is 100 pieces per design/colour/size, although in some instances we can do 50pcs at increased costs. Please contact our team directly for special bulk orders. Where can we send our company logo? You can upload your company logo directly into our 3D design tools. It’s a powerful design tool that accepts the most common image file types. If you have any queries about this, please contact us to talk to a hat designer. Or You can simply email us (BELOW) with your logos/artwork in AI, EPS, PNG or JPG file format along with the preferred profile (high or low) the type of trucker hat and the colour preference of the items.State your quantities required for each item. What resolution does my logo artwork need to be? The required resolution depends on the detail of your design. If your source image clearly displays every intricate detail of your design, it should be okay. Still, the source image should be 300 DPI. Please reach out to our designers if you have any queries about this. Can I see a sample? Sure, give us a day or so and we will return email with a copy of your artwork design showing from all angles, how it will look and a full set of costs and timeline from commencement of production, sampling to completion of production. As we normally use express courier, the normal time frame for shipping is 5 -10 days depending on your post code. Can I see a physical sample? We do not send out a physical sample of your design. However, after full payment we will go to production and then make a sample of your item(s) (around 12 days to make) and we will email you photo images from every angle of your item for approval, once we have your approval we then will go to bulk production for you. If you need a physical sample of the Aussie Trucker Hat to try for fit and to see for quality we maybe able send you a copy of a previous clients trucker hat FOC via Express Post in an overnight satchel.
